Dynera is a small company for software, artificial intelligence, SaaS products, and other ventures that begin with a practical problem and end with something real.
The name has been around since 2001. The work has changed considerably since then.
What Dynera Does
Dynera doesn’t operate around a single product category.
It builds where there appears to be a useful problem to solve.
That may mean:
Software that removes friction from an existing process.
AI-embedded tools that make structured information more useful.
Small SaaS products aimed at narrow but real needs.
Experiments that test whether an idea deserves to become something larger.
Bringing order, capability, and practical execution to emergent ventures.
Not every project needs to become a large company.
It does need to earn its reason for existing.

How much AI is enough?
We tend to think of intelligence as something that lives inside a model. But what if it is also a property of the system around the model?
Project Meroplexis is an ongoing investigation into what can be accomplished by weaving constrained models with software, tools, data, and other components to address a particular task.
The question is not what can this model do? It is what can this system do?
And perhaps more importantly: how much AI does the system actually need?
What happens when you put an application inside AI?
Cellaronomy began as an experiment in adding AI to a conventional wine-cellar application. But the direction flipped.
Instead of putting AI into the application, we explored what it would take to put the application into AI.
AI platforms can connect directly to Cellaronomy and fully manage a wine collection stored there. The AI can retrieve information, add and update data, and use the application’s capabilities in response to a user’s direction.
The AI becomes the user. You talk to the AI. The AI uses Cellaronomy for you.
You don’t have to open the application, learn its interface, or even think about how it works. The application is there when the AI needs it, while the human interacts with the AI.
The result is still a useful wine-management application. But the more interesting part is the experiment: exploring what happens when software designed for humans can instead be operated by an AI system on their behalf.
The wine cellar is cool. Making AI your wine steward is cooler.

DityMovers
The first thing that became Dynera.
For military members, a Personally Procured Move could offer financial upside, but getting it wrong could mean a substantial loss and a miserable experience. Successfully navigating one required extensive research and piecing together information that wasn’t easy to find in one place.
In 2003, Aaron successfully managed his own military move. It made sense that other servicemembers might benefit from his experience.
DITYmovers became a public repository of Aaron’s collected knowledge on how to successfully execute a Personally Procured Move. And it was the seed that launched Dynera.
The site wasn’t the result of a master plan. It emerged from the simple idea that something learned through experience could be made useful to others. That ideal has remained with Dynera ever since.
More than twenty years later, DITYmovers is still here as a living homage to where Dynera began. It has been modernized and made ad free, but its original purpose remains: to make useful knowledge accessible to the people who need it.

Today’s Dynera LLC was formed in 2026.
The name is much older, and the path wasn’t a straight line.
A web-design business. The Dynera name is born.
Dynera Corporation formed. Websites, software, and small businesses.
A detour: CEO of Quadric Biomed, building a medical device from patent to FDA clearance.
Dynera LLC. Back to building.
Across those forms, the work has included websites, software, mobile apps, importing, podcasting, consulting, military tools, and other ventures.
Some projects lasted. Some didn’t. A few are still around more than two decades later.

Dynera isn’t designed around the assumption that the next project should resemble the last one.
Software changes quickly. Artificial intelligence is changing faster.
Entire categories of products are becoming possible that would have been impractical only a few years ago.
Dynera exists to leave room for that.
The projects may change. The standard doesn’t.
